They’re designed for single wear, so we recommend a fresh set each time. During application though, you can reposition a lash cluster if needed. Just lift it off, place it where you want it, then secure with your Lock & Lash tool once you’re happy with the placement.

Yes. They’re latex free and designed to be gentle on sensitive eyes. As everyone’s sensitivity is different, we always recommend doing a patch test first.

Place each cluster underneath your natural lashes, close to the waterline but never on the skin. Once you’re happy with the placement, use your Lock & Lash tool to press and secure for 5 to 10 seconds. That’s it.

Yes. They’re water resistant and designed to be worn while showering and sleeping. For the longest wear, avoid blasting them directly with water and gently pat dry afterwards.

Use an oil based remover and let it sit on the lashes for 2 to 3 minutes. Once the glue has softened, gently slide the clusters away. Never pull or tug at your natural lashes.

Yes. We recommend patch testing before your first full application. Trim a cluster and apply it to the outer corner of your natural lashes. Leave for 24 hours to check for any sensitivity or irritation.

If a cluster lifts or comes away, simply replace it with a fresh one. Secure with your Lock & Lash tool for 5 to 10 seconds. For the best hold, always apply to clean, dry lashes free from oils or skincare.
