Refund policy

Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact
support@lashdesignx.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll resolve it quickly.
