Having lash drama? Let's fix that.
If something’s not sitting right, it’s usually a small tweak. Here’s how to fix it.
WHY WON’T MY LASHES STICK?
Your natural lashes may still have oils on them. Clean your lashes and lids with an oil-free cleanser or micellar water and dry fully.
Avoid touching the adhesive. Handle each cluster by the tip.
If the adhesive feels firm, warm the cluster between your fingers for a few seconds.
WHY DON’T THE CLUSTERS SIT RIGHT?
They should sit underneath your natural lash line, not on the skin.
If they feel too wide or long, trim the ends or mix lengths to suit your eye shape.
WHY WON’T ONE LASH STAY ON?
Let the adhesive soften slightly before placing.
In humidity, press and hold each cluster for 10–15 seconds to lock it in.
WHY ARE MY INNER OR OUTER CORNERS LIFTING?
Secure the corners with a tiny dot of clear lash glue if needed.
Avoid touching or rubbing your lashes during the day.
WHAT IF THE CLUSTERS FEEL TOO STICKY?
Heat can make the adhesive overly tacky. Place the tray in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
Use tweezers or an applicator instead of fingers.
Skip any cluster that feels stringy.
For extra hold, add a small dot of clear glue.
WHY ARE MY LASHES FALLING OFF EARLY?
Side sleeping can shift clusters. A soft eye mask can help.
Avoid oil-based cleansers or skincare around the eyes.
WHAT IF MY EYES FEEL SENSITIVE?
Remove the lashes and rinse with cool water.
Patch test next time 24 hours before full wear.
